Educational Robots - A New Companion, Play with
imaginaries, drawings and NAO
In this workshop we invite the participants to explore their own
conceptualizations of what robots are and can do with us
through a play with our own imaginaries, discussed and commented on
by Dr., Ph.D. Jamie Wallace. We shall look at children's
imaginaries in a Danish context and discuss them up against the
participants robot imaginaries in Prague. We shall furthermore
explore what a sociable educational robot is and can do through the
example of the NAO-robot and its interactions with us.
